In 1986, Loft Space was established especially to provide a service for home owners that wish to extend their property, but either do not wish to extend their property into the garden areas, but still wish to provide additional living space within the existing format of their home.

The company was formed by Terry Lattimore, who still takes a very personal involvement with the company.

All of our teams are from a trade background and have had extensive knowledge within the loft conversion industry. Each Loft Conversion will be project managed by one of our project managers making sure that the works are carried out to the standards expected.
